TANIA FONT
Tania Font, born in 1978 in Palamós, Girona, is a multi-disciplinary artist trained in painting, drawing, engraving, sculpture, and jewelry. Her career has led her to work on scenography for numerous theater and television projects, as well as collaborate with biologist Ramon López to create hyper-realistic scientific sculptures for museums.
Font's work is particularly notable for its focus on the human figure, with a special emphasis on women. Through her sculptures and paintings, she seeks to explore and express subjective experiences, reflecting on the construction and deconstruction of the feminine subject. Her art also addresses the complex relationship women have with words, highlighting a long history of silences.
